This agreement governs membership, profile publication and premium services between isyerleri.com.tr (the “Platform”) and users who register and create a business profile (“Member”).
1. Membership types
- Free membership: allows the Member to create a business profile, collect and answer customer reviews, receive quote requests and see dashboard statistics. The Platform may change the display order and feature limits of free profiles.
- Premium membership: a paid service under which the business is shown higher on category and city pages with a “Sponsored” label, is featured on the home page and among similar businesses, and receives additional features such as a larger gallery. Premium membership does not affect the publication of reviews, ratings or review content.
2. Payment and refunds
Premium prices and package durations are published on the Premium page. Payment is made in advance using the methods stated when ordering (bank transfer or a secure payment service offered by the Platform). Premium features are activated once the payment is confirmed; if a membership is still active, the new period is added to its end.
Right of withdrawal and refunds: since premium membership is a service performed electronically and immediately, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the service has started, in accordance with the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, and no refund is made for the remaining period. Unpaid orders can be cancelled.
3. Member’s declarations
The Member declares that the listed business operates legally, that they are authorised to represent it, that the information provided is accurate and up to date, and that the logos, images and texts belong to them or that they have the right to use them. The Member is responsible for any copyright, trademark or personality-right claims by third parties. The Member may not write or commission reviews for their own business or ask for reviews in exchange for incentives.
4. Review invitations
Members may send review invitations from their dashboard only to customers they have actually served. The Member is responsible for using the e-mail addresses of invited persons for this purpose.
5. Termination and removal of profiles
The Platform may suspend or terminate the membership and remove the profile without refund if the Member is found to operate illegally, provides false information, attempts to publish fake or incentivised reviews, if justified complaints are received from visitors or authorities, or if this agreement is breached. Members may end their membership at any time by writing to destek@isyerleri.com.tr.
