These terms govern the use of isyerleri.com.tr (the “Platform”) by everyone who visits it or uses its services. By accessing the Platform you accept these terms.
1. Scope of the service
The Platform is an independent business directory where businesses from many sectors are listed and where visitors can search and compare businesses, read and write verified customer reviews, submit free quote requests and get recommendations from an AI assistant. The Platform is not an intermediary, guarantor or commercial party between the listed businesses and visitors.
2. User obligations and content rules
- Users and members are personally responsible for the accuracy of the information, photos and texts they add.
- Misleading, unfair, immoral or insulting content, content that infringes personal rights or copyright, or content that violates the laws of the Republic of Türkiye may not be published.
- Technical or manipulative interference with the operation of the Platform (spam, automated data collection, malware, fake accounts) is prohibited.
3. Reviews
- Reviews must be based on a genuine service experience. Reviews written by the business itself, its employees, relatives or competitors are prohibited.
- Reviews are published after e-mail verification and editorial moderation. The Platform reserves the right not to publish or to remove reviews that violate the Review Policy.
- Businesses cannot delete or edit reviews; they can only post a public reply.
4. Quote requests and the AI assistant
Quote requests are forwarded to businesses found suitable for the request; businesses are not obliged to respond. AI assistant answers are for information only, may contain mistakes and do not constitute advice; the final decision lies with the user.
5. Rights of the Platform and moderation
The Platform reserves the right to review business profiles before publication and to reject, edit or remove content it considers inappropriate. In case of a breach of these terms, a user’s access may be restricted temporarily or permanently.
6. Disclaimer
The Platform does not guarantee the quality, legality or reliability of the goods or services offered by the listed businesses. The Platform is not liable for commercial disputes, damages or service defects between users and businesses. Reviews and ratings are the personal opinions of users.
7. Intellectual property
The design, software, database and the “isyerleri.com.tr” brand of the Platform are protected and may not be copied without permission. Users grant the Platform a perpetual, free licence to publish the content they add on the Platform and its other language versions.
8. Disputes
The courts and enforcement offices of Malatya, Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms; the rights of consumers to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are reserved.
